We are primarily a BOOKINGS ONLY facility, please consider booking in advance. Mental health and physical wellbeing are a priority for us.

As a small and local business, on days with no bookings we may NOT open. On days with few bookings we may open later, or shut earlier.

Before booking in, please consider that we can get very busy! if you would like to cancel your slot please let us know as soon as you can as someone might really want your spot!

Please be considerate and patient when sending an email. We aim to respond within 48hrs but with 20 rescue and rehome sugar gliders, which like to keep us on our toes, we can only try our best.

Experience FAQS

  • You will be guaranteed to see a sugar glider if you have purchased a ticket for one of the experiences.

  • There is no guarantee of ANY interaction of gliders including touching, stroking or holding.

    Sugar gliders in our care have been rescued or rehomed with some more accustomed to human interaction than others.

    Each glider has a different personality and a diverse background so some will not be able to be handled.

    Handling will be left to discretion of the instructor on the day of visit.

  • You will be offered opportunities to feed our gliders under instruction and close supervision.

    On the day of your visit there is no guarantee of feeding the gliders. Adhering to their duty of care, we monitor the quantity of treats consumed to avoid overfeeding. We safeguard against detrimental dietary impacts and dental complications.

  • If you are lucky enough to befriend a particular sugar glider, or have one you would like to see in mind, requests will be considered. A decision will be made by the designated instructor before your visit.
